Auditions

~ Auditions for QLD are open.~

Audition Criteria

Amateurs through to professional artists of all ages – solos, doubles or groups – are all welcome to audition for ETERNITY!

Entry is by video audition and payment of the non-refundable audition fee of $30. Your audition video must be approximately 3 minutes in length and one continuous take – no editing. Only one video is permitted per audition (if you intend to perform Lyra and Hula Hoops in the same act, they must be in the one audition video). You are allowed to audition multiple acts in which case a separate audition will need to be submitted for each act. Your audition video does not need to be the routine you intend to perform at ETERNITY.

Please note, your video is judged on how well you can entertain and perform to music. Please keep this in mind when auditioning and good luck!

Please see below for key information per show.

NSW – 9th March 2024 @ Parade Theatre, NIDA

All apparatuses, including single and double-point (static trapeze, cloud swing, etc) are accepted in NSW. We also accept and encourage any floor-based performers, circus acts or fire performers to audition. Performers will have three adjustable rigging points available, this means you can perform on multiple apparatuses in the one act or perform synchro pieces with your mates.
Auditions close 10th January.

VIC – 22nd June 2024 @ Gasworks Theatre

We accept all single-point apparatuses and encourage any floor-based performers or circus acts to audition.
Auditions open 6th March, closed 17th April.

QLD – 7th September 2024 @ Empress Theatre, Arcana

We accept all single-point apparatuses and encourage any floor-based performers or circus acts to audition.
Auditions open 22nd May, close 3rd July.

THE POLE EDITION

You will have two 40mm brass poles to perform on. You can choose to have them static, spinning or one of each. We also accept and encourage any purely floor-based acts to audition. Must be 18+ to audition.
